Prepare the ingredients (when I bought them at the market, the merchant prepared a set of ingredients), and chopped the green onions and ginger.

Use water just enough to submerge the rice noodles, put the rice noodles in the water and mix thoroughly.

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil (boil a few bowls and pour in a few bowls of water to boil), then pour in the well-mixed rice noodles and stir evenly while pouring.

Cook for about five or six minutes. During this time, you can scoop it up to see if it is thick. If it is not thick, you can add some rice noodles. Repeat steps 2 and 3.
