Candied dates should belong to preserved fruits, and they taste very sweet. Candied dates can be stored for a long time, probably because of powdered sugar. The candied dates in the refrigerator at home have been forgotten. I suddenly discovered it. Let it work. After thinking about it, making bread is the best destination for candied dates, so this "candied date bread" was created.

Candied Bread

1. Main and auxiliary materials: flour, candied dates, yeast powder

2. Add warm water, corn oil, sugar to the bread bucket; add flour and yeast powder

3. Start the bread machine and dough

4. Just rub out the fascia

5. Reunite the dough, put it in a basin, and cover with plastic wrap to ferment

6. Fermented to more than 2 times larger

7. Take out the dough, knead well and exhaust

8. Divide into two doughs and let rest for 10 minutes

9. Take a dough, press it flat and stretch it, put in candied dates

10. Roll it up

11. After making them in turn, put them in the bread bucket and ferment for the second time.

12. Ferment to full barrel

13. Put in the bread machine

14. Bake for 50 minutes

15. Let cool after taking it out. Ready to eat

Tips:

1. The amount of candied dates can be as much as you like.
2. Because candied dates are very sweet, the sugar should be slightly less.
