Candied Bread

Main and auxiliary materials: flour, candied dates, yeast powder

Add warm water, corn oil, sugar to the bread bucket; add flour and yeast powder

Start the bread machine and dough

Just rub out the fascia

Reunite the dough, put it in a basin, and cover with plastic wrap to ferment

Fermented to more than 2 times larger

Take out the dough, knead well and exhaust

Divide into two doughs and let rest for 10 minutes

Bake for 50 minutes

Tips:
1. The amount of candied dates can be as much as you like.
2. Because candied dates are very sweet, the sugar should be slightly less.
