Candied Bread

Main and auxiliary materials: flour, candied dates, yeast powder.

Add warm water, corn oil, salt, sugar to the bread bucket; add flour and yeast powder.

Turn on the bread machine to knead the dough.

Just rub out the fascia.

Reunite the dough, put it in a basin, and cover it with plastic wrap to ferment.

Fermented to more than 2 times the size.

Take out the dough and knead it evenly.

Divide into two doughs and let rest for 10 minutes.

Take a dough, press it down and stretch it, and add candied dates.

Roll it up.

After finishing in order, put them in the bread bucket and ferment for the second time.

Ferment to a full barrel.

Put it in the bread machine.

Bake for 50 minutes.

Let cool after taking it out. Serve on a plate, ready to eat.
Tips:
1. The amount of candied dates can be as much as you like.
2. Because candied dates are very sweet, the sugar should be slightly less.
