Sugarcane root: Sugarcane root is also called Zheergen by Kunming people. It also has a name called Houttuynia cordata. Sugarcane root has the functions of improving human immunity, antibacterial, antiviral, diuretic and radiation protection.

Kunming people often use it to eat cold, called cold cane root, which can be served cold alone or with cold dishes such as cucumbers.

Tofu: Tofu is recognized as a green and healthy food, so I won’t introduce more.

It's winter, and eating cold dishes may be undesirable, so I thought of the sugarcane root tofu box, using roasted, roasted tofu wrapped in mixed sugarcane root, warm and fresh. "
