Canola Shrimp Pimple Soup

1. Put the flour in a large bowl, add water several times, stir in one direction with chopsticks, and stir into small lumps.

2. Beat one egg, add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, and a little salt.

3. Wash the white mushrooms and slice them, and shred the rapeseed.

4. Heat a little oil in the pot and put the dried shrimps in the pot.

5. Stir-fry until the shrimp skin is slightly browned, add the rape stalks and white mushrooms when they are fragrant, and stir-fry until they become soft.

6. Stir-fry until the stems and mushrooms are soft, add shredded rape leaves, and stir-fry together.

7. Add a bowl of chicken broth (if there is no chicken broth, use water, you can add half a thick soup treasure)

8. The fire boiled.

9. After boiling, pour in the gnocchi. Use chopsticks to pour it in, stirring constantly.

10. After boiling the pan again, pour in the egg mixture and let it stand for a while before stirring.

11. Turn to medium heat and simmer for 3 minutes, add a little bit of flavor.

12. Add chicken essence and salt to taste.

13. Turn off the heat and remove the pan, drizzle with sesame oil.

Tips:

1. When adding water to stir the gnocchi, make sure to divide it several times. The water flow should be small, add a little water, mix for ten times, add a little more water, and mix again until there is no loose flour. Pay attention to keep mixing in the same direction, otherwise it will become a big dough...



2. Don't add enough water because you are worried that the lumps are too big. If the flour is too loose, it will become a mess and cannot be formed.



3. Be sure to boil the pot and add the gnocchi. When adding, use chopsticks to poke in little by little, stir, and poke a little more. Don't pour it in a bowl, it will form a ball immediately.



4. Don't stir immediately after pouring the egg liquid, otherwise the egg will not be formed and it will become a flower...
