Cantonese Choy Sum

Soak the wolfberry in warm water until it bulges.

Cut off the thick roots of the cabbage and wash.

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, boil, add the cabbage heart, add the alkaline noodles and oil, and stir well.

Cook until the color of the cabbage becomes darker, and remove it when it is cooked.

Rinse with cold water several times, and squeeze out excess water after removing it.

Cut into small pieces.

Put it in a bowl and add salt.

Add chicken essence.

Add sesame oil and mix evenly.

Use a mold to put it in the dish, and fill in the mixed cabbage core.

Remove the film and sprinkle some cooked sesame seeds.

Put the soaked wolfberry on it.
Tips:
Add a little soda noodles and oil when cooking green leafy vegetables to make the vegetables greener.
