Boiled Cantonese Choy Sum

Wash the bought choy sum

When the water in the pot is boiled, add the choy sum blanched water, add some salt and oil

Remove the choy sum and drain the water for later use

Put the choy sum in the basin

Add some garlic and some light soy sauce
