Stir-fried Vegetables

Ingredients: Soy bean sprouts, choy sum.

Remove the roots of the soybean sprouts and soak for a while.

Wash the choy sum and soybean sprouts, remove and drain.

The garlic cloves are flattened and peeled quickly.
5.
Heat up a pan, add a proper amount of oil, add minced garlic and sauté.

Pour down the choy sum and soybean sprouts and stir-fry for a while on high heat.
7.
Pour in oyster sauce. Continue to stir fry.
8.
Add salt, a little chicken powder, and stir-fry evenly.
Tips:
Keep sautéing vegetables on a high fire all the time. Soybean sprouts should be cut off with scissors. This is more time-consuming than careful work, and everything else can be handled quickly.
