Mushroom Chicken Claypot Rice

1. Bought a large chicken thigh to remove the bones

2. Cut into small pieces

3. Marinated in cooking wine and barbecue sauce for more than 2 hours

4. The rice is cleaned and soaked for one hour

5. Wash 2 shiitake mushrooms and cut into small pieces, 2 whole cut flowers

6. Stir fry garlic slices in a frying pan

7. Add the marinated chicken legs and stir fry

8. Then add the shiitake mushrooms and stir fry

9. Add some salt and cook until the chicken thighs are discolored and ready for use

10. Blanch the choy sum and 2 whole shiitake mushrooms, add some salt and oil

11. Casserole heating

12. Pour in the rice, add some water and a few drops of oil to the fire

13. After boiling, turn to medium-low heat and cook until you see a small hole in the rice

14. Put in the fried chicken and continue to cover and cook for 10 minutes

15. Add an egg and turn off the heat and simmer for 15 minutes

16. Add choy sum at the end

17. Make a pouring sauce: 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 0.5 sugar, 0.5 sesame oil and appropriate amount of cold water and stir well

18. Sprinkle and stir evenly
