Mushroom Chicken Claypot Rice

Bought a large chicken thigh to remove the bones

Cut into small pieces

Marinated in cooking wine and barbecue sauce for more than 2 hours

Wash 2 shiitake mushrooms and cut into small pieces, 2 whole cut flowers
