Boiled Cantonese Choy Sum

Pour boiling water in a hot pot and add salt, sugar, cooking oil

After the water is boiled, add the vegetables and blanch for one minute, remove and serve

Stir-fry pesto garlic in hot oil in a pot

Pour in the light soy sauce, add appropriate amount of water, pour in chicken essence and sugar to taste

Pour the blanched garlic on the choy sum
