Cantonese Five Fingers Peach Pot Chicken

Soak the red dates and five-finger peaches for ten minutes, and then wash away the impurities on the surface

Cut the chicken into pieces, blanch it and rinse it clean

Put all the ingredients in the pot and add ginger slices

Add 7 bowls of water and start boiling over medium heat. After the boil is turned on, continue to boil for about ten minutes, turn to low heat and continue to boil for an hour and a half

Tips:
