Fried rice noodles and fried rice noodles are a kind of Cantonese snacks.
From small to full of street stalls, to large restaurants, there are! This stir-fried noodle is mostly used for breakfast or supper.
The classic stir-fried noodles is to add an egg, and then put some seasonal side dishes, this side dishes are mostly bean sprouts (all year round), water spinach (summer), lettuce (spring, autumn, winter).
Whether it’s breakfast or supper, this fried noodle is a popular choice, the most important being delicious and affordable.
For breakfast, a dish of fried noodles and a bowl of porridge are my most satisfying and most comfortable meal!

Cantonese Fried Rice Noodles

1. Prepare the ingredients (soak the rice noodles with water about half an hour in advance)

2. After the rice noodles are soaked, wash twice to remove and drain the water, beat the eggs into the container, add a small amount of salt and mix well, wash the lettuce well

3. Put oil in a hot pan, burn a pan with fierce oil

4. Pour the egg liquid and stir fry quickly

5. Add lettuce to stir fry

6. Then add the rice noodles

7. Mix well, add appropriate amount of salt, shake loose with chopsticks, and stir-fry until the rice noodles are soft

8. Finally add some soy sauce and chopped green onion and mix well.

Tips:

1. Soak the rice noodles in advance.
2. The whole process should be fried with fire.
