Kale is a dish I like very much. After frying, it's crispy and delicious. I used to take some bacon to fry. When the bacon at home was finished, my friend gave me some Cantonese sausage. I think the fried kale is the most suitable. The fat in the sausage is absorbed by the kale after being fried. The taste is great, and the Cantonese sausage is a bit sweet and has a good taste.

Cantonese Sausage Stir-fried Kale

1. For kale, cut the stems and leaves into suitable sizes with a knife, wash and drain the water.

2. Cut the sausage with an oblique knife.

3. Heat oil in a pot and sauté the garlic.

4. Put the sausage into a small fire and fry it.

5. After the fat in the sausage is fried, pour the stems of the kale and stir fry.

6. Pour the leaves into the stir-fry after the stick becomes soft.

7. Fry the leaves until soft and add salt to taste.

8. Add the right amount of chicken essence to taste.

9. Pour a little light soy sauce at the end to get out of the pot.

Tips:

For kale, separate the stems and leaves into the pot and stir-fry, because the leaves are easy to cook, and it won't taste good if it is left in too early to fry.
