Cantonese Shrimp Wanton Noodles

Wash the shrimp, remove the shrimp intestines, cut into small pieces, peel the water chestnuts, put it in a fresh-keeping bag, pat it horizontally with a knife, then chop with the back of the knife, and mince the pork

Put the minced pork, shrimp and water chestnut into the container together, and beat in an egg

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, then add salt, sugar, chicken powder and cooking wine

Then add cornstarch and a little sesame oil
