Cantonese-style Lame Claypot Rice

500g of rice is washed clean.

Soak an appropriate amount of scallops.

Put the soaked scallops into the cleaned rice.

Prepare Cantonese-style sausage, cured duck, and bacon.

Put a proper amount of water in the pot, boil on low heat and simmer for 5 minutes, then add the lamei and simmer for 10 minutes, turn off the heat, open the lid after turning off the heat, and continue to simmer for 2 minutes.

Add a small amount of light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and boiling water to the claypot rice, sprinkle with chopped green onion.
7.
Finally, put the fried vegetables on, and it's done!
Tips:
The rice can be cooked directly after washing, so that it tastes better!
Small fire is used throughout.
