Cantonese-style Pilaf "beef Braised Rice"

Dice beef, add sugar, salt, cooking wine, ginger, soy sauce, pepper, cornstarch and marinate for 1 hour. Wash the rice and soak in a pot for 1 hour

Dice potatoes, carrots, and onions separately and set aside
