The neighbor’s self-made capers, gave me a stick and gave me a stick. I made a fried pork and left a few sticks to make pancakes. I wanted to try the taste of Korean kimchi pancakes, but my family didn’t eat them. The chili is less spicy, otherwise it will be more delicious. The taste is more layered than Korean kimchi pancakes, and the subtle meaty aroma does not steal the flavor of kimchi.

Tips:

My tamarind is relatively low in saltiness, and a small amount of salt is added to the batter. The saltiness bought out is high, so there is no need to add additional salt, otherwise the saltiness will affect the flavor of the cake. If the batter is thickened and can be stirred smoothly, it is too thin and difficult to form.
