The weather recently is really weird, with ups and downs like a roller coaster. It’s either a few degrees below zero or a dozen degrees below zero. On Saturday, the temperature was as high as -10 degrees below zero. Then there was heavy snow and the temperature began to drop. Coupled with the cold air last night, today’s weather is not only gloomy, but also makes people feel a bit cold. To freeze the feeling of the ears. You have to wear hats and gloves when you go out. At this time, it is especially necessary to have such a bowl of steaming, sour and spicy noodles, which will make people feel refreshed from the mouth to the stomach, and then the whole body is comfortable and warm.

Or maybe it’s a northerner who doesn’t eat noodles for a day. I really feel that something is missing. Today’s bowl of noodles is more flavorful, with minced meat fried with tamarind beans and added bean paste for color and flavor. If you think it's not enough, add a few spoonfuls of spiced oil, don't you think it's delicious? Noodles are not agreed! ! The capers are refreshing and appetizing, the minced meat is fragrant and flavorful, the noodles are smooth, and the soup is flavorful. After eating a bowl, the whole body is warmed immediately, and it doesn't feel cold when you go out!
