Capers Soup Noodles

Ingredients: capers, pork, noodles
Accessories: vegetable oil, salt, bean paste, ginger, chives, chicken essence, light soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper powder
Wash and dice capers, mince pork, wash and mince chives

Heat the pan with cold oil, and stir-fry the minced meat at 70% of the oil to give a flavor. Add cooking wine and stir-fry evenly

Add pepper powder, light soy sauce and stir fry evenly, set aside the minced meat

Add capers and stir fry for a sour taste and aroma, stir-fry the minced meat and capers together evenly, set aside

Add bean paste and stir fry to get the red oil and the aroma of sauce

Stir fry the capers and bean paste evenly

Add water to a boil on high heat, turn to medium and low heat and boil for a delicious aroma, about 10 minutes

Just add salt and chicken essence

Add water to the stock pot, bring to a boil on high heat, bring the bottom strips to a boil, add cold water twice to boil, (optionally cold water)

Fill a bowl, pour the capers soup with minced meat, and sprinkle with chopped chives.

The capers and bean paste must be stir-fried to create a fragrant aroma, so that they are delicious and the soup is rich
