Caramel Pearl Milk Tea
1.
Bring 40 grams of brown sugar and 80 grams of water to a boil on high heat. Turn to low heat and add 140 grams of tapioca flour and mix quickly. Wear gloves and knead into a smooth dough.
2.
Pinch long strips and cut into small doses (to prevent dryness and split into several times, wrap the rest in plastic wrap for later use)
3.
Knead round and add a little tapioca flour to prevent adhesion
4.
After the water is boiled, put in small pearls, boil for 15 minutes on high heat, remove and soak in cold water for a while, then drain the water and put it in the cup
5.
Add 25 grams of white sugar to the pot and boil it into a caramel color. Pour in 500 grams of milk and add an appropriate amount of sugar to a boil. Turn off the heat and soak the tea leaves for 5 minutes.
6.
Use a sieve to filter out the tea leaves and pour them into the cup
7.
Add a few pieces of ice in summer to enjoy the deliciousness.
