Caramel Popcorn
1.
Prepare materials
2.
Put vegetable oil in the pot and turn on the fire. Add corn kernels and shake the pan constantly to heat the corn kernels evenly.
3.
When the first corn pops, quickly add the right amount of sugar and keep shaking the pot while the lid is on, you will hear the sound of corn popping. You can open the lid until you can't hear the popping sound.
4.
50g water and 35g sugar, cook on low heat, no need to stir
5.
The sugar water slowly turns into a caramel color, add the butter and stir until the butter melts
6.
Pour in the popcorn, let the caramel evenly coat each popcorn, out of the pot! I don’t know if my caramel is not fried enough, I am not very satisfied with the color, but the taste is very refreshing and not greasy
7.
So I used the second method of directly frying sugar. Put the sugar in the pot and fry on low heat, stirring constantly
8.
Stir-fry until the sugar is melted, pour into the popcorn and quickly stir-fry until the popcorn is evenly covered with caramel
