Caramelized Banana & Blackcurrant Yogurt

Heat a tablespoon of sweetener and water in a saucepan over medium heat until it starts to thicken and form a caramel.

Cut the banana into pieces and add to the pan, fry until golden and crispy.
3.
Add the berry powder and sweetener to the yogurt and add to the bowl.
4.
Add bananas, a spoonful of nut butter, and sprinkle with other berry powder!
5.
Enjoy it.
