Carob with Garlic Sesame Sauce

Wash long beans and cut into sections.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add the beans and blanch for a few minutes until they are broken.
3.
Take the blanched beans out of cold water.
4.
Chop the garlic and set aside.
5.
Add salt and sesame oil to the sesame sauce and stir well.
6.
Place the beans on the plate and sprinkle with garlic.
7.
Drizzle with sesame sauce.
8.
Just mix it well when you eat it.
