Carp and Radish Soup

Wash the crucian carp, use 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of cooking wine to wipe the inside and out, marinate for 15 minutes.

Peel the radish and cut into thick strips.

Slice ginger, chopped green onion.
4.
Put the radish into a proper amount of water and boil.
5.
Heat the oil pan, fry the crucian carp until golden on both sides, put the ginger slices in and burst when turning over.

Put the fried fish and ginger into the radish soup and simmer for 20 minutes.
7.
Season with salt.

Just sprinkle with chopped green onion.

Milky and delicious radish soup.
