Carp and Radish Soup
1.
Wash two crucian carp.
2.
Cut green onions, slice ginger, and a few pieces of garlic.
3.
Shred the white radish.
4.
Put bottom oil in the pot.
5.
After the oil is hot, fry the fish until golden on both sides.
6.
Add the base oil again, add the onion, ginger, and garlic until the oil is hot and saute.
7.
Add the fried crucian carp, then add water, add more water, and add cooking wine, salt, and sliced white radish. The fish has been boiled over high fire, and the soup can turn white only if it has been used over high fire. It can take 40 minutes to 1 hour.
8.
Chop some chives when cooking the fish.
9.
When it comes out of the pan, sprinkle some pepper and chopped chives. Load up! Very delicious!
Tips:
If you like to eat crispy shredded radish, put the radish later. You can also use sliced radish, but shredded radish looks better.
