Carp Soup with Radish

Shred the radish and set aside.

Remove the scales, gills and internal organs of the crucian carp, and wash.

Pour the oil into the wok to heat, add the crucian carp and fry it until both sides are yellow.

Add water and bring to a boil.

Add the green onion and ginger slices, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add shredded radish and continue to cook for 10 minutes,
