Carp Soup with Shredded Radish

Ingredients: crucian carp, white radish Seasoning: ginger, salt, chives

Wash the crucian carp and remove the internal organs, peel and shred the white radish, cut the onion into sections, and slice the ginger.

Boil the shredded radish in a pot of boiling water and remove it.

Put the pan on the fire and heat it with oil, fry the crucian carp thoroughly, and then turn it over and fry it to prevent the skin from peeling off.

Then add sliced ginger and green onion and sauté.

Pour in boiling water and boil, add a little pepper to get rid of fishy.
