Radish is sweet, pungent, and cool in nature. It enters the lungs, stomach, lungs, and large intestine meridian; it has the effects of clearing away heat and promoting fluid, cooling blood to stop bleeding, lowering qi to broaden the middle, eliminating food and resolving stagnation, appetizing, strengthening spleen, and removing phlegm. Today I used it to stew the soup with crucian carp, nutritious and delicious!
