Carp Soup with Shredded Radish

Crucian carp cleaned

Radish peeled

Cut into shredded radish
4.
Dry Cordyceps Flower Wash and Soak Soft

Raise the frying pan and sauté the ginger
6.
Put the crucian carp
7.
After frying until both sides turn yellow, add some cooking wine

Add appropriate amount of water and green onion knot
9.
Add shredded radish after boiling
10.
Add cordyceps flower and soaking water
11.
Simmer for 15 minutes

Add some salt to taste

Sprinkle some white pepper

Drizzle some sesame oil before serving
