Carp Steamed Custard

                                Prepare fresh crucian carp and eggs.

                                Clean up the crucian; knock the eggs and put them in a bowl; wash and chop the leeks for later use.

                                For eggs and eggs, add appropriate amount of salt; then add 50 grams of cold water (the ratio of egg to water is about 1:1) and mix well.

                                Pour the mixed egg mixture into a bowl with crucian carp.

                                Add chopped leeks.

                                Changed a bowl again (it feels that the color of the leeks does not match the bowl).

                                Bring water to boil in a pot, add crucian custard, steam over water for 10 minutes.

                                Pour an appropriate amount of sesame oil into the steamed custard and serve while hot.
