Carp Stewed Tofu

Wash the fish to remove the gills, scales and tendons on both sides of the fish.

Cut the washed fish into small pieces.

Cut the green onion and ginger.

Cut the tofu into pieces of 2 to 3 cm.

Pour a little oil into it, heat it up, add chopped green onion, ginger slices, peppercorns, and stir-fry for a fragrance.

Then put the carp in a frying pan and fry it anyway, add boiling water

Add tofu, salt, a little white vinegar (to make the fish soup white as milk), cooking wine.

Stew until the fisheye is penetrated with chopsticks, add a little ginger, then switch to low heat and simmer for 8-10 minutes, sprinkle a little coriander and leave the pot.
Tips:
Add some ginger slices when the fish soup is almost simmered to minimize the fishy smell
