Carrot and Egg Pancakes

Carrots are peeled and washed, then cut into small cubes

Put the eggs in the bowl and mix well, then add the flour and mix well. While stirring, add a little water. After the flour, eggs and water are fully mixed, add carrots and salt and mix well.

The electric baking pan is heated up and down. After preheating, add a little oil, then pour one-third of the batter and spread it in the electric baking pan.

After frying on one side until golden, turn over and start frying on the other side

When both sides are fried until golden brown, take it out of the pan, cut into pieces with a knife and serve on a plate
