Carrot and Garlic Sprouts Twice Cooked Pork

Materials used.

Pork belly is cooked in water for 7-8 minutes, without ginger, put a few green peppers grown by father to get rid of fishy.

Cut the pork belly and carrot into thin slices, cut the garlic sprouts into oblique sections, and cut the green pepper into large strips.
