Carrot and Pork Buns

The pork and onions are chopped with a food processor. Put more onions here. I used about 100g. Put an appropriate amount of oil, salt, pepper, ginger powder, and oyster sauce in the stirred meat.

Stir well.

Use a food processor to smash the carrots.

Pour into the mixed meat.

After stirring well, pour in about a spoonful of sesame oil

Mix well again into filling.

I used old noodles and fatty spontaneous noodles and topped with baking soda and knead it well.

Divide into small noodles.

Roll it into a round cake and wrap it with the reconciled filling.

Make buns.

Steam it in a steamer for 15 minutes.
Tips:
Don't use old noodles to make the noodles, you can use yeast Proof 600g flour with 6g yeast for 40 minutes.
