Carrot Beef Fried Noodles

Ingredients.

The beef is blanched and sliced.

Shred carrots.

Shred the onion, shred the ginger, and mince the shallots.

Bring water to a boil, add the noodles and cook for seven to eight mature.

Take a small bowl, add 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 2 spoons of dark soy sauce, and mix well with a little salt.

Put the boiled noodles in cold water.

Tips:
1. The noodles are boiled in cold water, they are chewy and not sticky.
2. Start to put a little salt in the sauce, there is salty taste in the soy sauce, or don't put it.
3. Vegetables can be freely matched. Chopped green onion can be replaced with shredded chili.
