Carrot Beer Duck

After washing the duck meat, chop it into large pieces

Slice ginger and garlic for later use

Prepare dried chili, pepper, star anise, bay leaves

Add oil to the pot, add appropriate amount of white sugar, and stir-fry on low heat until the sugar color is brown

Pour the duck meat into the pot and stir fry
6.
Add the ginger and garlic slices to the pot

Put the carrot pieces in the pot

Add in all kinds of pepper aniseed prepared before
9.
Add some cooking wine
10.
Add some light soy sauce
11.
Add a can of beer
12.
Cover the pot and simmer for 30 minutes
Tips:
After the duck has been simmered for 30 minutes, if there is too much juice, you can turn on high heat to collect the juice. If you don’t put beer, it’s just as delicious as adding water to stew.
