Carrot Burdock Soup

Wash lean meat and pork with hot water and chop them into small pieces;

Peel the carrots, wash and cut into small pieces;

Pour clean water into the pot, put the meat and bones in first;

Pour carrots after boiling;

Then pour in candied dates and burdock;
