Carrot Chives and Egg Pancakes

Cut chives into small pieces.

Cut carrots into small cubes.
3.
An appropriate amount of flour.

Put carrots and chives on the flour, add some salt.

Add appropriate amount of water and stir well.

Beat in an egg.

Stir well into a thin yogurt paste.

Heat a little oil in a pot and scoop a spoon and a half of the batter.

Turn on a small and medium fire, and make a circle.

Fry until golden bottom.

Turn it over.

You can turn it several times and fry until the color you like. I like to fry the soft sides until slightly yellowed, and like the crispy outside and tender inside to fry until slightly browned.
