Carrot Corn Crucian Carp Soup

Wash the scallops, then soak them in warm water, and tear them into silk for later use;

Wash chixiaodou, eyebrow peas, tangerine peel, candied dates and set aside;

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot, put the ingredients prepared in 1 and 2 into the pot, and boil;

When the water is being boiled, we clean the crucian carp, add ginger slices in the maw, and fry both sides in a frying pan;

Carrots peeled and cut into hob blocks

Wash corn and chop into sections;
7.
Soak the ribs in blood and drain them for later use;

When the water is boiling, add the carp, corn, carrots and ribs, boil again for 5 minutes, then turn to low heat; (I transferred to the rice cooker and used the soup mode)

Boil for about two hours, add salt to taste before eating!
Tips:
The soup is very simple. You can put any ingredients. The combination of different proteins will produce a more fragrant taste. Because of the addition of scallops, crucian carp and spare ribs, this soup is especially delicious. This is also the reason. If you just put the crucian carp, you can, but It must not be so fragrant!
