Carrot Cornmeal Soda Crackers

All powders are mixed evenly.

Rub carrots into fine filaments.

Add water like a blender.

Beat into carrot juice.

Add the carrot juice to the flour, and stir with chopsticks while adding it to form a flocculent shape.

Knead into dough and wake up for half an hour.

Take a piece of dough and roll it into a thick cake.
8.
Divide into small pieces with a mold, or cut with a knife. Oven, upper and lower floors, 200 degrees, 15 minutes, let cool and take out.
