Carrot Dumplings

A carrot is steamed and put into flour and mashed with a rolling pin. If there is a food processor to break the steamed carrots, it will save effort to make the noodles. I am a bit lazy.

Knead the carrot dough, cover it, and let it rest. Be careful not to add a drop of water. Just use carrot juice for the dough!

Start to make the filling, mince another carrot, mince the shallots

The tofu is pureed with the back of a knife

Put oil in the pot, stir fry the carrots and chopped green onions, add salt to taste, turn off the heat, pour the tofu into the pot and stir evenly

Tips:
Children can't eat that much at a time, so the rest can be frozen and have dumplings whenever they want to eat.
