Carrot Fish Bone Soup

Carrots, ginger, washed and sliced, red dates and seeds, fish bones washed and cut for later use;

Bring the pot to red, add oil and a little salt, and fry the fish bones until golden brown;

Turn the fish bones over and fry the other side until they are golden brown.

Pour the fried fish bones into another pot, add about 600ml of water, add carrots, ginger slices, red dates, fish bones, and cook for 20 minutes. Season with salt.
