Carrot Jelly

Wash the carrots, peel them, cut them into pieces, and put them in a blender.

Add 1 to orange juice, lemon juice, water, and sugar and stir well.

Pour 2 into the pot, heat it over a low heat, then pour in the gelatine powder, and slowly stir it with a spoon until it melts.

Pour 3 into the mold, wait for it to cool, and then move it into the refrigerator to chill.
