Carrot Lamb Pot Stickers

If it’s breakfast, the dough should be kept in the refrigerator overnight. It is more moist and delicate and easy to operate. This is my old method. I mix a lot of dough every time. You can make pancakes or pot stickers at any time.

Tips:
1. You can use dumpling wrapper or wonton wrapper for the potsticker wrapper, roll it out by yourself, the thinner the better, the elderly and children can use hot noodles as the wrapper
2. It doesn't need much to add water for frying, about one-third of the potsticker is enough, which is much less water than for frying dumplings, because potstickers are thinner and easy to cook.
