Carrot Mustard Soup
1.
Wash the mustard greens and twist them into sections, mince the ginger, and wash the car snails. (There are sandworms in the house. If you don’t have them, you can leave them alone. So I processed the sandworms in advance. Don’t put oil in the pot and fry them until they fragrant Rub the sand clean).
2.
Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, saute the grated ginger, then return to the car snails and sandworms and stir fry.
3.
Add appropriate amount of water and boil until boiling.
4.
Then add mustard greens and cook until they are cooked thoroughly. Add a little salt (please put less, there may be sea salt in the car snails, and sandworms too)
5.
Remember not to take a picture when you are ready to drink, so the color is not pretty enough, but it's a pity.
