My son doesn't like to eat green vegetables, and always wants to let him eat, so he often makes vegetable pancakes!

Carrot Omelette

1. Shred carrots

2. Stir the eggs, chopped green onion and flour, add some salt

3. Stir-fry the carrots with oil to get a fragrance, then pour into the batter

4. Fry until golden on both sides before serving.

5. Add some ham, topped with tomato sauce and delicious!

Tips:

Omelet is something I often make for children. You can add various vegetables. You can also puree the dishes with a food processor and add flour directly. The taste is also very good!
