Carrot Omelette

Shred carrots

Stir the eggs, chopped green onion and flour, add some salt

Stir-fry the carrots with oil to get a fragrance, then pour into the batter

Fry until golden on both sides before serving.

Add some ham, topped with tomato sauce and delicious!
Tips:
Omelet is something I often make for children. You can add various vegetables. You can also puree the dishes with a food processor and add flour directly. The taste is also very good!
