Carrot Omelette

Ingredients: carrots, eggs, flour, edible oil, salt.

Peel the carrots and cut them into diced carrots. The smaller the better, the carrots will be cooked quickly when placed in the egg liquid.

Beat the eggs into a bowl and beat them into even egg liquid.

Add a small amount of flour, I used three eggs, put 15 grams of flour, and mix well.

Add the chopped carrots and salt, and stir well.

Brush a little oil in the frying pan, add a spoonful of egg liquid, spread the bottom of the pan and heat it on a low heat.

When the egg is set, roll it up from the side of the pan, and the carrot omelet is ready. It can be dipped in tomato sauce or not added when eating. If you eat it for your baby, it is recommended not to add too much seasoning.

In less than five minutes, a delicious and healthy carrot omelet is ready.
Tips:
When frying the omelet, keep the fire low throughout, otherwise it will burn easily.
