After eating steamed buns for a few days, I want to change the taste. What I need for breakfast is not only nutritious and delicious, but also speed. If I turn to a carrot in the refrigerator, let’s fry a simple carrot cake.

Carrot Pancakes

1. Prepare the ingredients, cut the carrot into thin strips and set aside

2. Mix flour with water

Tips:

The water can be replaced by milk or eggs. The final paste is thick and fluid. The seasoning in the batter is adjusted according to your own taste.
