Carrot Pork Omelet

1. Add salt to the pork filling, pepper noodles, cooking wine, a little water, and stir in one direction.

2. Use a food processor to smash the carrots.

3. This is beaten carrots, mix it with pork filling.

4. Beat the eggs, add a little oil to the pan, and spread into three omelets.

5. Spread the omelet with seaweed first. In fact, this seaweed would be broken up a bit. It was a bit anxious and I didn't make it.

6. Spread the minced meat on the seaweed. Smooth it with a knife. Then roll it up, as tight as possible.

7. All three are rolled up. It is best to roll them up with tin foil or plastic wrap, so that the finished product will be very tight, and I will be lazy. Bring water to a boil in a pot, put the egg rolls on a plate, and steam for ten to fifteen minutes.

8. Take it out and let it cool, cut it into three-centimeter-wide rolls, and lay it out.
