Carrot Seaweed Pork Rib Soup

Prepare the ingredients.

Soak the dried kelp in water for one night. After the volume becomes larger, wash it several times to clean the sandy soil.

Put two slices of ginger in a pot under cold water, cook until the pot comes up, remove and set aside.

Prepare another pot, add appropriate amount of water, and after the water is boiled, add the cut kelp.

Put in the ribs.

Add a little green onion and ginger. Cook on medium heat for about half an hour.

Then add the white radish.

Boil for about half an hour, add salt.

Finally, turn off the heat and add a small amount of chicken essence.

Pour a little sesame oil just before it is out of the pot. Sprinkle a small amount of coriander.
Tips:
1. A small amount of soy beans are added here to enhance the umami taste, in fact, they can be omitted.
2. To what extent the soup is boiled depends on the amount of water you have. If the soup is almost boiled, you can turn off the heat and do not boil it dry.
