Carrot Seaweed Soup

Soak the kelp and wash it off.

Cut into small pieces.

Peel the carrots and cut into small pieces.

Peel the horseshoe and cut in half. (There are just a few horseshoes left in the house, so I put them on.)

Soak the barley in water for 30 minutes.
6.
Soak the soybeans and wash them well.
7.
Lean meat fly water to wash away the foam.
8.
Peel the ginger and pat it flat.

Put the above ingredients into the inner pot of the electric pressure cooker, pour an appropriate amount of water, close the lid, and press the soup button to start boiling.

Bring to the boil and season with salt.
