Carrot Shredded Pork Stir-fry

Cut carrots and pork into shreds~Cut scallions into sections, and shred ginger slices into shreds. Set aside

Stir-fry the shredded pork with green onion and ginger in a hot pan until the color changes
3.
Pour shredded carrots into the pot and stir fry together
4.
Add salt and a little shrimp powder to taste! (You don’t need to add shrimp powder)
